Information on the processing of personal data ex art. 13-14 Reg.to EU 2016/679

Edilsoft S.n.c. di Bossi A. & C. as the owner of the processing of your personal data, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 hereinafter referred to as 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of those concerned with regard to the processing of personal data and that such treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

 

Your personal data will be treated in accordance with the legislative provisions of the above mentioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations therein.

 

Purposes and legal basis of the processing: in particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes related to the implementation of compliance with legislative or contractual obligations:

Your data will also be processed for the following purposes related to the implementation of compliance with legislative obligations:

   litigation management.

For the purposes of the indicated treatment, the Owner may become aware of special categories of personal data and in detail: religious beliefs, racial or ethnic origins. The processing of personal data for these categories is carried out in compliance with art. 9 of the GDPR.

 

Methods of processing. Your personal data may be processed in the following ways:

   by means of electronic calculators with the use of software systems managed by third parties;

   collection of data via computer or telematics;

   processing by means of electronic calculators.

 

All processing is carried out in accordance with the methods set out in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of appropriate security measures.

 

Your data will be processed only by personnel expressly authorized by the Owner and, in particular, by the following categories of employees:

   programmers and analysts;

   administration office.

 

Communication: Your data may be communicated to external parties for the proper management of the relationship and in particular to the following categories of recipients including all duly appointed Data Processors:

   users invited to the room.

 

Diffusion: Your personal data will not be diffused in any way.

Your personal data may also be transferred, limited to the above purposes, to the following countries:

Storage Period: We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, the storage period of your personal data is:

   established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed for the execution and fulfillment of contractual purposes;

   established for a period of time not exceeding the performance of the services provided;

   established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the mandatory times prescribed by law.

EU Regulation 2016/679: Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 - Rights of the data subject

 

1.  The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, their communication in intelligible form and the possibility to complain to the Control Authority.

 

2.  The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

a.    the origin of the personal data;

b.   the purposes and methods of processing;

c.    the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;

d.   the identification details of the owner, the persons responsible and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;

e.    of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.

 

3.  The interested party has the right to obtain:

a.    the interested party has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

b.   the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data are collected or subsequently processed;

c.    certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;

d.   data portability.

 

4.  The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a.    for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;

b.   to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
